    75 to 175 Life Steal
    -50% to -75% heal cost
    -10% to -25% Walk Speed
    +Corrupted Heal: Heal Has 5 charges per cast and does fire damage to enemies at a lessened healing amount.

    not gonna comment on balance or design, just want to say that a rollable item can't have a static 2mr, it's either 1 or 1-3
