Weapon Skin for specific items to differentiate when duel wielding.

I have been using an assassin build with a slider on the side to run faster, and I like how this plays, but when using a weapon skin, both weapons look the same.

I wish I could make a weapon skin apply to a specific item, or a specific Hotbar slot (skin only applies to whatever is in slot 1).

If its possible to have 2 different weapon skins for the 2 different weapons, that would be awesome, but I understand if the current system limits it to 1 skin active at a time (not counting the default skin of the secondary item).
