Pets & Horses Make Pet Chat Togglable

I personally really like pet chat. It's really nice flavor, and I think it works really well. However, I really do not like having the same lines looping over and over, and it breaks my immersion or just annoys me at times. So, I would personally like a toggle that lets someone choose whether or not to have the dialogue. Just a QoL thing, but I would really like to have something like this.

I mean having a pet kinda breaks immersion (still good so +1)

also just make the time between msgs longer so my chat isnt Nightmare wyble: i will skin you alive if you fail
