General We need to talk about the /scrapping and crate systems

Hey, I don't even know where to start, but the scrapping+crate opening system is very very vERY dissatisfaction inducing.
My friend bought me 100 blizzard crates as a gift, spending a round number of 100$
I opened them all up with curiosity what's hidden in them, and after keeping at least one item from every duplicate I found, scrapping the duplicates and hoping to get something that I actually don't have, it still isn't enough to have every item unlocked.
The only items I am missing are two godly: the white fox ears and the fedora.

The fact that you can get an epic(tier III) reward from the best crate possible that's Crate tier IV just because a lone cosmic headset gets selected to be in the wheel among like 5 godly items and 3 black markets and getting rolled from the rng speed of slowing down really feels like a joke, more when it happens like 3 times in one unboxing session.

And for the scrapping system, it works alright for items of common/rare/epic/godly rarity
But it starts to suck when it comes to the black market rarity

Five black market rewards... for ten of the epic ones? That's like 5 black market rewards for 2 godly
And ontop of that you have to have the five black market rewards in the first place.

See the picture here, I have 4 black market duplicates that I can do absolutely nothing with, because these items are event locked, and I would have to either sacrifice one of the hats I got, or Purchase. More. Crates... when I already spent 100 dollars on everything. All because I want to complete the collection


Why make a system that cucks specific players that like to collect hats, like the collector players like me?
Why make a system that turns good luck of getting black markets into terrible luck since you can't do anything with them?

The suggestion is simple, make event-bound black market rewards give one event item of the player's choosing, one for one because of the limited edition,
and for non-event black market rewards, change the rates of the exchange, player needs to have five of them in the inventory to scrap them, make it like 2-3 black markets for 1 godly.
Please, this needs to go

Legit got like 6-7 epic tier items in a tier 4 crate
just spinning around
and getting selected
while the other crates had many better, godly and black market items

This feels like a terrible joke, please
It's not worth buying crates for fuckery like that.

Wish I could just get any response from the staff saying that it'll get looked into
and not feeling like this post is getting pissed on and ignored.

/crate and /scrap system is unfair and unoptimized
Please implement some fixes for its loot tables, if you played your own game with micro transactions you would see that it's bad

It is an occurrence that only happens with people that spent money towards server development, so it is a rare issue.
That is also the reason why this doesn't have this much attention, because not that many players go out of their way to test this with their own wallets.
The crates were bought by my good friend and its saddening seeing the money fuckn burn to ashes because of terrible design/ loot tables of the chests/execution of the unboxing idea( the spinning) and the unfair scrapping system
It needs an urgent fix, patrons of the server shouldn't be treated that way

 

I do think your above points are true, wynn shouldn't make people who are supporting their products feel ripped off

there's not a whole lot else to say here since there's no way this would be "unbalanced" or negatively affect gameplay, its just cosmetics
