Idea for new Mythic Boots

Hello adventurer!
I have a new idea for a Mythic, not a weapon but boots! Mythic Boots are the best of the game (in many cases) Dawnbreak are super strong for balanced play dmg / def at Heavy Melee. Moontower are skill point monsters. Crusader Sabertons are the ultimate boots for refueling with Earth weapons.
However, a part is missing. Where's rainbow Now rainbow myths lose value and strength, they are balanced, but that only helps in the late game, in the end game there are difficulties with rainbow, as the damage often fails. They are not tanky enough to hold out and do not do enough damage to act as a damager! Well it doesn't have to be! I developed Mythic boots which finally give the rainbow player high damage and good buffs, but also bad ones! I have also added a new Major ID which finally gives Nulli a meaning!

holy fuck +91% rainbow damage on its own alongside +39% sd and a bit of sustain, way too op even with the debuffs it gives. the -hpr and -ws are very counterable, and with these damage buffs you simply do not care about the -spell damage raw (it might matter a bit on mage?)

 

design, balance, and grammar issues aside, i just want to point out that it's not possible to have an id with a range of 1 to 2 like you have for mr

This is a shit suggestion. As a class builder who relishes in uniquely designed and playable items your mythic boot suggestion is extremely lame. The boots themselves are boring and do not redeem the current state of rainbow items in any way. Rainbow skill points, rainbow damages, rainbow defences zzzZZ

You just slapped an obviously overpowered major ID catered to 1 mythic in particular - even though your premise of the boots were for all rainbow mythics (when in actuality they should benefit all rainbow weapons and builds).

Nulli doesn't even need a damage buff? Nulli has a high baseline damage, the class has access to vanish boost AND why would one of the tankiest items in the game deserve the title of highest damage also?

 

16 rollable ids on a mythic

 

Pair this with Freedom, Rainbow Sanctuary, something to counter the -hpr, an ornate shadow piece for the -spell damage and you got archer nuke
