fix /fixQuest

    Currently, /fixQuest gives you items for quests and questlines that you have already completed. This made it so i got stuck on a quest, and /fixQuest couldnt help me as quest items from quests that i have already completed, making it so that i cant complete my quest. /fixquest needs to only give you quest items from questlines that you have not completed.

    If they don't change how the command works, then they should maybe rename it to /giveQuestItems or something, since /fixQuest isn't a very accurate name I think.
