generally speaking, this weapon really sucks. the base DPS is extremely low with only one powder slot (no powder specials either). the weapon's damage buffs are tiny apart from the thunder damage%, i guess, and the 1 mana steal is practically irrelevant. to top it off, the +spell costs% really just make the weapon bad in every situation, seeing that it's level 100 and has a massive intelligence requirement (the req would be fulfilled in all spell builds that focus on int to lower costs to be honest).

with a much lower int requirement, this weapon would maybe fit like
level 60-65?

btw knockback id doesn't exist in game, and we don't really know how it would scale
