Straight into the suggestion until I can come up with some succinct way to explain the context behind this.
TLDR; Basically, better rewards for individuals.

In the Guild Hall area of Cinfras/Letvus Airbase, there would be a new NPC related to guilds (Need a name please).
Upon speaking to them, you can check the following (Using the new dialogue system):
    1. How much Season Rank XP have I gained this week?
    2. How can I earn Season Rank XP?
    3. I'd like my Season Rank Reward.

The first one is simple. You can find out how much SRXP you've earned (Yes, from here on in, SRXP is something that can be tracked to each individual player, in fact, it's hugely important in this).

How CAN I earn SRXP? The following ways:

    10 SRXP: Complete a dungeon
10 SRXP: Participate in a (winning) war
20 SRXP: Complete a corrupted dungeon
20 SRXP: Be a #1 contributor in a (winning) war (More on this in a sec)
    25 SRXP: Complete Legendary Island
    30 SRXP: Complete a raid

A #1 contributor is the person in the war who:
    Deals the most damage
    Heals the most HP
Takes the most damage (If they live)
(They'd be fun stats to see, plus you get a bonus bit of SRXP for this)

Great! So far there are some more ways to get SRXP for your guild which aren't purely war based. But there's more!

For every milestone you hit with SRXP, you get a bonus reward (one per account, not class)
These are the following rewards (You can activate the roll for these by selecting the "3. I'd like my Season Rank Reward." option from the guild NPC.
(When I say 'roll', I mean you get the same rolling mechanic as in raids)

(A rare chance is always a 5% chance)
    100 SRXP:
    15 - 25EB
    ~2 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 1)
    ~3 runes
    ~2 Powders (Tier 4)
RARE CHANCE: Corkian Amplifier 2 and/or 1 Powder (Tier 5)

    250 SRXP:
    40 - 60EB
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 1)
    ~2 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~5 runes
    ~4 Powders (Tier 4/5)
RARE CHANCE: Brown horse and/or 1 Powder (Tier 6)

    500 SRXP:
    1 - 1.5 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 1)
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~7 runes
    ~5 Powders (Tier 4/5)
    Brown horse (20% chance)
    Tier 6 powder (20% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Corkian Amplifier 3

    750 SRXP:
    1.5 - 2 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 1)
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~9 runes
    ~6 Powders (Tier 5/6)
    1 Corkian Amplifier Tier 3 (20% chance)
    Brown horse (30% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Black horse

    1000 SRXP:
    2 - 2.5 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~11 runes
    ~7 Powders (Tier 5/6)
    1 Corkian Amplifier Tier 3 (30% chance)
    Brown horse (30% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Black horse

    1500 SRXP:
    2.5 - 3 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~13 runes
    ~8 Powders (Tier 5/6)
    1 Corkian Amplifier Tier 3 (30% chance)
    Brown horse (30% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Black horse

    2000 SRXP:
    3 - 3.5 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~15 runes
    ~8 Powders (Tier 5/6)
    1 Corkian Amplifier Tier 3 (30% chance)
    Brown horse (30% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Black horse

    2500 SRXP:
    3.5 - 4 LE
    ~4 Corkian Amplifiers (Tier 2)
    ~15 runes
    ~8 Powders (Tier 5/6)
    1 Corkian Amplifier Tier 3 (30% chance)
    Brown horse (30% chance)
RARE CHANCE: 1 Guild tome and/or Black horse

    This resets every week.

    Pros:
More ways to earn SRXP (Which also make it more accessible to a larger player base!)
Better rewards for individuals contributing/playing within guilds
New and more accessible way to gain a Guild tome (Still rare though)
A new incentive for players to continue completing different tasks and challenges within the game.

Any feedback/criticism/comments are always welcome :)

EDIT: Have capped the brown horse chance at 30% (from 50%) and the amount of powders to ~8 (from ~10). Also decreased the amount of runes by ~4 per tier. Decreased the emerald reward by 35%.

the rewards seem a bit op, like raid rewards but they're way easier to get and you're not risking anything

Keep in mind that to get the rewards, you have to have completed tasks which DO require risk, like the raids you mentioned .

Also, you only have 1 week to do this. To even reach the second milestone, it's the equivalent of running LI 10 times. And I definitely would not call the second milestone OP at all.

I realise that some of the later ones look quite overpowered, but if you wanted to reach 2500 SRXP, that'd be the same as running LI 100 times in 1 week.

On top of all of this, all of the things I've used as examples of gaining SRXP have costs. Keys, runes, emeralds (plus time and effort).

I'd happily tone down some of the later rewards a bit, but anyone who is active enough to be earning that sort of SRXP should be rewarded imo. But I do see why you think they look OP :)

And thank you for the feedback :D

2/3rds of the stuff on your list is stuff that you would be normally doing in a guild or not, it really doesn't make sense that you could get much better rewards for doing the exact same stuff just by being in a guild. I get that you want guilds to be more rewarding to the individual but the way to do that isn't to make individual activities more rewarding to those in guilds, it's to make guild activities more rewarding to the individual which is a far more difficult problem to solve.

All this system would do is encourage everyone to make their own tiny guild to get free stuff which isn't really solving anything.

I mean this as in "doesn't really make guild stuff better for one person, it would just make everyone create their own guild for the free stuff (which pays you back quite quickly I'd like to mention)"

But Sg_Voltage already covered all of that

Interesting... I hadn't really looked at it from that perspective. I agree.

In my mind, I was thinking that it would be a better way to reach the HUGE milestones of current SR rewards (Which are pitiful btw). Would you both agree on this change?:

Instead of personal rewards. There would be many, many more SR rewards along more milestones (every 1000 maybe?) BUT there could be more ways to get SRXP (maybe like the ways I listed).

Because at the moment, having to gain 50,000+ SRXP just for the guild to get 2.5le is really, really rubbish in my opinion.

    Guild:
I think your suggestion would fit better as improved guild objective rewards. I’d use streaks to calculate the % of rarer rewards, like the corkian amplifiers you suggested, as an incentive for members to maintain their streak every week. For example, starting from streak 5, there’d be 50% chance of better loot, and at streak 10, it’d increase to 60% better loot or a 5% chance of the guild receiving a guild tome, some sr, etc. Maybe even adding a 2% chance of getting newer guild cosmetics for every guild member to use for a temporal time from your weekly guild crate would be cool. Another could be a 1% chance of the guild receiving a temporal blessing.

I wouldn’t use SR as exchangeable points since it would break the way guild objectives work as the guild would receive nothing for its members being active. The current objectives work since there’s reciprocity in the sense the guild is rewarded if members are rewarded. For example, you win a weekly crate and the guild wins a guild tome. One way to fix this is that if members get SR, the guild would also get SR, but I’d discard SR for what I suggested in the former paragraph.

In regards to the “feedback” you received above (if you wanna call it that), the community is clearly not happy with guilds even after the new update, so probably any thread that doesn’t have a wider scope fixing the main issues of guilds wouldn’t be considered since it’s not a priority; so, I don’t really think the comments you received are “feedback” since they’re players prioritizing that if guilds are gonna get an update at all, it should be this and that; basically, one that fixes incentivizing group activity over individual activity.

However, this approach of prioritizing some ideas over others completely misses the benefits of your suggestion: it’s been suggested before that guilds should be able to create their own objectives and set their own rewards. Basically, the ability to create their own events like the spirit of festivals event, much of what I gather inspired some of your idea (the multiple dialogues at least).

Creating your own objectives and rewards would allow guilds to pick which objectives the guild currently has; perhaps some guilds would strive for “doing 3 raids with a guild member” every day, whereas other guilds for “win 100 wars in a day” and have a guild counter were every war members do add up to the counter. Additionally, though there could be preset rewards like guild objectives and sr have, these rewards could be buffed or customized, allowing you to buff the amount of LE a player receives or even rewarding items the guild choses (for example, giving a way a mythic after that 100 war objective is completed).
