Bone armour : shield your self and your summons for 15% based on your defence

what bout a movement spell?

 

Necromancer dont move too much, its their pet that move, attack, defend, so it need buff, dmg, summons, and trap to help them control the battle.

The spirit of a necromancer its a solo player gameplay but with that set of spell you can play in team with a tank and a healer, like that you are not an solo army ;)
