Give Boreal SP

Hello!

Boreal is quite a pathetic sight, especially when you get it after a long lootrun expecting something good.
It gives no SP and only some mana regen. Its only decent point is the HPR%, which kind of sucks anyway. It barely functions as a somewhat tanky item. Something that would benefit it somewhat would be to give it some SPs. Possibly, 15 DEF, or 10 DEF and 5 AGI would make sense for Boreal.
Optionally, the hpr% and elemental defenses can be lowered to stabilize it a little, to around 80%HPR and 200-250 Air Defense.

tbh I would rather have its %hpr as it is and not more sp instead of nerfing it again

 

Boreal is strong af in certain cases.
It's amazing for full HP regen builds, and that's how it's designed to be.
Keep in mind, mythic boots specifically aren't designed to be the end-all-best boots for whatever element combo you're attempting to use, they are supposed to be really useful within their niche, though certain ones don't really display that.

 

Probably hpr% doesn't even to be lowered. I'm not sure adding sp would save boreal, but it'd help a bit.
