    Honestly Lower isn't the best of weapons but giving it Peaceful Effigy would make the totem cost worth it. It still won't be amazing, but casting a 13 mana totem every 40 seconds would be much easier than casting one every 20.
    Yeah, I know this is a minor detail, but I think it would make Lower a more viable weapon.

    I personally would be against this due to how I like totem cost being a tradeoff for power in this situation, and adding peaceful effigy would kind of ruin that special tradeoff, and I personally wouldn't really like tetem cost + peffigy tradeoff better.
