Game Mechanics Additional Storage In Housing

I get that you can't have a cheap storage like the chests which only cost 3 gudgeon oil/meat to get 5 of, but I think it'd be really awesome if houses could serve as some kind of additional storage - Sometimes I wanna craft a bunch of stuff, and it'd be awesome if I could go to an area of my house where I already did a bunch of grinding and grab the goods from storage to craft a bunch of stuff to work up my crafting skills. Then I could put the leftover supplies back in storage and go back to questing or whatever. It'd take having a 'home base' up a notch and really make the houses feel like homes.

Using the Island permissions, you could prevent various classes of players from accessing the storage devices (So only you could access the chests, or only you and your friends could, ect..)

I know it's hard because part of Wynncraft's draw is that you've gotta make every slot of inventory count- And it pushes you to really interact with the cities when you get to them, but I think if it was balanced enough (Maybe the cost of each chest could be more expensive? Or something like that? Increasing costs? "You've purchased x amount of this storage device, so you have to pay z emeralds to purchase another"? And I know the chests are already glitchy on the islands as-is, so we probably couldn't really rely on chests to be a safe storage, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

Either way, I think it'd be really fun to be able to have storage chests/storage devices on the home islands. It'd really amp up the immersion and make it feel like it's really a home, which would be really cute.

I feel like the developers want to stray away from adding more storage space in housing because that would make bank pages, one of the biggest money sinks in the game, become completely useless. Bank page purchasing is one of the few ways that emeralds actually exit the economy in this server where money is infinite. It's needed to help with inflation.
