Make Bob's Battle Chestplate a Legendary/Fabled Item

So there's this very long and grindy lvl 45 quest that has you looking for a way to open Bob's Tomb. You'd think for such a long quest involving such an important character, that the chestplate you get (Bob's own battle chestplate by the way!) would be a very strong piece of armor. But no, its item tier is unique. It makes no sense to me.

So anyway, we already have legendary and even fabled quest rewards, so I think this quest reward should be promoted in tier as well (and improve the stats along with it).

 

there's almost a full set of unique bob armors around that level though, i feel it should stay the same

 

Well, you're almost right.
Bob's Lost Leggings are level 58, which is 10 levels off.

 

Its a quest about the greatest hero in all of Wynn and you get a practically useless unique chestplate

 

Wdym, the chestplate is pretty useful
It gives 20 skill points and is a good matchup with morph
