Change to mana steal and bosses

Part 1: Bosses
Bosses with spell now have mana above their health bar, (maximum 20 like the players) Every spell will use 5 mana from it, bosses will regen 2 mana per second.

Part 2: Mana steal
Mana steal will now actually "steal" mana, but will reduce only 30% of the mana steal you have on the bosses. For example: if you have 10 mana steal, you will reduce boss mana by 3.

Part 3: Balancing
Mana steal will now have a chance to "fail".
For example: There's 75% chance mana steal do nothing and 25% chance mana steal do the same thing.

I personally find this to be quite problematic, since it would require every mob to now have a mana bar- or mana steal just completely stops working on regular mobs because they have no mana bar. As For Point 3, Mana steal already has a chance to fail, that scales with attack speed. If the chance to fail was always the same though, faster attack speeds would be at a massive advantage. This could also create builds that completely disable mobs from casting spells, which is probably not intended. So yea, there's my opinion on this. It's up to the developers to decide lol
