Game Mechanics Bonfire Cosmetics Changes

Hello there.
I really like the Bonfire Festival, but I thought of a couple changes with the cosmetics that could make this, or future events, slighly better, and would not take too much fun anyway.

1: Getting the Decayed Skull down
It would look better if it covered the face, the player seeing through the eye sockets of the skull, whick would look more like an actual helmet., and much cooler
Also, fix the typo please xD.

2: Don't make as many Black Market hats.
I think putting the class AND jester hats on Black Market rarity might have been a little too excessive, because you have to buy a ton of crates to get a single one of these. I would personally like to see either the jester or class hats to be more accsessible.
