    Hello, everyone,
I've been mulling over the idea of a guild alliance chat for a while now. I have encountered positive feedback through my guild.
I have encountered the problem of missing the ability to chat between allies a few times. I really miss it from other mmo's.

That's why I propose to add alliance chat to guild chat suggestion.

An example of what the format could look like:

    Command should be /a <message>

How would you determine which guilds are in it? Currently AVO can be allied ingame using the ingame method to Shy and not EDN but Shy could be allied to EDN so can’t work off ingame guild allies.
It feels like it would be an overly convoluted system and there would have to be a way to mute it or else the spam would be ungodly and a lot of people wouldn’t care for alliance messages.
I like the idea in theory but in practice I believe it would be incredibly messy and an all round unpleasant experience

Well, I think that could wok just with all the guilds that your guild is allied with.

I disagree entirely. I’ve played observers with alliance chats that are similar to this. They are 1000% awesome and are an amazing tool. I’d say to properly do them you need to do /ac(alliance chat) then your msg. You can also do /acmute and /acunmute to silence the chats. It should work by adding any guilds your allied to in your chat. If your not allied with them then do it or sorry 4 u. Alliance chats are also key to good war strategies since players can tell others information cross worlds/map which can help quickly organize assaults and meetups. It isn’t had to implement at all(there’s litteraly a plug in 4 it and u can do basic Minecraft code too)
