    I'm trying to help my friend with a shaman build and I've heard that poison builds are very good. Does anyone know what gear does poison damage?

    You shouldn't worry about builds so early in the game and poison isn't even good early game. Get a adventures set and thriller from the underground crypts dungeon merchant or a sonic boom at level 36 from the trade market.
