    Turned into quest item:

    Climbing Helmet (Fundamental for reaching Maro Peaks, I've noticed people to be unable to access the area by losing their helmet somehow, which blocks their future quest progress in TOL and Reincarnation)

    # Changes: Made into static stats.

    /fixquest:

    Instead of giving you everything, it could open up a GUI and show what you have missing, and you can take from that GUI (Similar to NPC shop)

    That's main two I have thought of so far

    Quest helmets are being slowly removed IIRC

    Even tho Climbing Helmet is not a quest item, you still can't throw it out, so if people lose it, it's due to some bug, but ye if it was a quest item you could probably get it via /fixquests so that's fine.
