    A few changes to /ignore:
    - Add a toggle to see bomb bell messages from ignored players
    - Make /ignore apply to shouts
    - Fix glitches with /ignore not working in guild chat sometimes?
    - Hide ignored player's pets
    - Add a command to see the list of ignored people, perhaps as simple as /ignore list (ty chubbast)
    - Make /ignore apply to playerghosts (ty maracs)

    Another thing I'd add is to add a way to view a list of all people you have ignored- currently I have a few people ignored that I don't even remember.
