Assassin/Ninja Assassin/ninja Build For Newbie (no Mythics/crafted)

Hey!

Looking for a build help for newbie for solo content (questing, solo dungeons) for lvl70-80+, atm I am lvl64. No mythics or crafted please. Perhaps also a build for max level would be nice what I can start building on when getting to higher levels ^^, also no mythics or crafted for it since those are still new things for me to discover and understand :D! Spell spamming seems also fun, so that might be something I want to look forward (or anything what keeps me easily alive and does good/awesome dps. So far struggling against ranged mobs what constantly keep hitting me with spells..).

soo Morph is a nice lvling up set and you should get the full set al 100lvl but every piece still gives a set bonus. Dragon's Eye Bracelet is a quest item given by the order of grook quest, a nice xp bonus union/vindicator could work too. Locrian is good for your lvl and you should swap it to Chackram at lvl 70 with t6t6t6 (3x thunder 6 powder).
