World Housing Pvp Scoreboard Options

1.20.2 introduced a bunch of cool new housing settings, including pvp.
My proposal is to add another setting called pvp scoreboard, which can be clicked to toggle between deaths, kills and off.
It would look very similar to the party scoreboard, and would include everyone on a housing island.

Kills
For the the kills scoreboard every time you kill someone your kills increase by one, resetting if you or the house owner leaves the island.

Deaths
For the deaths scoreboard every time you get killed your deaths increase by one, resetting if you or the housing owner leaves the island.

Alternatively it doesn't need to reset when you leave the island, only when the housing owner leaves, to prevent people leaving and rejoining to reset their count.
