Mimics

I think it would be cool to have a enemy you don't expect .
It would go like this, you are just exploring and you see a loot chest, you open the lood chest to get the loot, but the chest comes to life and attacks you wile you don't expect it.
It would be a reletivly rare enemy so you won't suspect it.

 

Yeah the idea is okay, but I don't see the point in implementing it.

Also, there's already a loot cave in the Silent Expanse that does this

 

Good idea, but the mimic should drop some t4 chest rewards as compensation. It isn’t very cool to lose a potential mythic from a chest when it turns into a jumpscare.

 

Also, the novelty would wear off really quickly and just annoy people after a few days

 

This exists in the Silent Expanse. Also, suspicious crate.

 

yea but a suspicious crate is very recognizable so you would be less suprised a mimic would look exactly like a loot chest.

 

I'd like it, too. Always hearing about mimics in video games and having one in wynn would really bring it up to the next lvl.
