    I think, like housing balloons, you should have guild joining in cities with balloons. Preferably near the balloons. Or just switch it to near the deltas balloon.

    Joining a guild is only accessible in Corkus City? Pretty sure you can join from anywhere, iirc. Do you mean creating a guild? Because that's in Cinfras, in front of the Letvus Airbase.
