World Seaskipper Logic

In the latest hotfix for 1.20.2, Seaskipper access has been added to Nesaak and it's interesting. However, there is a huge flaw with its design.

If you go from Nemract to Nesaak or vice versa, the background of the seaskipper boat is just the ocean. This doesn't make any sense, because the only place you should be going is through the river. It makes sense if you go from anywhere else on the ocean, but not these specific two. Plus, when you go to Nesaak, he tells you that you'll have to go via the river, but he acts as if Nemract isn't on the river?

It's a flaw in his design, ultimately. So here's a cool idea.

If you go specifically between Nemract and Nesaak or vice versa, instead of being on the ocean, you are on a river. Hell, it could even have animated trees in the background. He will have this dialogue if you go to Nemract from Nesaak:

CSS: We're heading to Nemract, but not in the usual way.
CSS: No! This time, we're going up the river to it!
CSS: It's a nice change, isn't it?

yeahh sure, but this is ultimately something that would take up builder and gm time, and really just doesn't matter all that much. could be cool to add eventually though

Should be a "Good if they have time for it" answer to the poll, there are more important things :P

 

Immersion matters, going throught a river and having nothing but water as far as the eye can see matters.

I mean, having a seaskipper to nemract at all is flawed. The river is up stream, so there would have to be river locks to enable going upwards. Other than that bridges without opening mechanisms or arches big enough cover the river so no boat could pass. So honestly, it should be removed or rebuilt.
