So the level 90-106 area is the level range in Wynncraft where the most grinding happens. Due to the fact 1 quest usually doesn't get you up one level and that corrupted dungeon keys take forever to grind for, this usually makes people result to unfun mob grinding, and can make some people quit the game. Adding more quests/altars to this level range would change that and make the game much more fun.
So anyway here is altar idea
    Altar name: Basalt Bastion
    Level 95
    Sacrifice: 4 acid magma
    Location: Upper Molten Heights
    Discovery lore:
"An abandoned Dwarven trade center, this ruined outpost now only holds a burning, colossal abomination."

The boss of this altar is called the Unending Inferno. The gimmick of this altar is the fire geysers: There are 16 on the ground in a grid-like pattern, and at least 6 can be active at once. If within 3 blocks of it, the player would take 1% max health as damage, and if the Inferno gets within the area it gains resistance 1 (if possible).

???: "Another mortal comes to challenge me? You'll just fall here, just like the dwarves before you..."
???: "Wait a minute, your not a dwarf, you're taller than the rest of them..."
???: "Another demigod? Well, I guess this battle would be more interesting than I thought."

    Unending Inferno
Cosmetics: custom armor stand mob, looks like the blazing inferno scrapped mob from the 1.13 mob vote.
Stats: Burst ranged ai, Slow speed, slow fire rate, great damage, 150k HP
Damage: 50% neutral, 40% earth damage, 10% fire damage, 500 damage per hit
Defense: +75% fire defense, +10% earth defense, -30% water defense
Spells: Arrow Storm, Flamethrower, Explode, Heavy Charge, Heal (rarely)
    Combos:
45% chance: Heavy Charge -> Explode
45% chance: Arrow Storm -> Heavy Charge -> Flamethrower
    10% chance (ult): Heavy Charge x3 -> Flamethrower -> Arrow Storm -> Explode x2 -> Heal
    Rewards:
    5-10 eb
    Hogmarch (Diamond Boots)
    Bonecrusher (Earth Spear t2)
Below are the ingredients you can get, but since Wynncustom doesn't have anything for that what they give is up to the devs.
Golden Lava (lava bucket, used for potions)
Geyser Activation Wire (blaze rod, used for armor and weaponsmithing)
Sparks of Evil (cooked porkchop, used for cooking)

I like this, but the piglin just doesn't fit in the Molten Heights. An endgame boss altar just chilling in the pigmen's ravines could be pretty nice.

I know, maybe something like a giant creature of the Molten Heights, like a way buffer Fleris Matriach, or an Azer overlord(probably best with that theme), or maybe a giant Hell Avem or Hellkite.

Piglins are corrupted pigs, so they don't really fit in the MH. Now basically all the bosses exist according to the place they are found in's lore, such as the Orange Wybel on Wybel Island, Hashr in the desert or the Prison of Souls in the Twain Lake.

Changed the boss from piglin to blaze, and the last ingredient's name.
Also it may or may not be a MC Dungeons reference
