World Quest Idea: Fallen General

So over my next few suggestions I'm going to be making content in places that are missing a lot of content. Wynncraft houses a lot of cool builds and story, but that stuff aren't going to be acknowledged if the place is absolutely useless.
So anyway here is the quest:
Quest name: Fallen General
Level 55
Quest length: Medium
Start: Talk to General Graken in the Skien's Island Seaskipper station.

Spoiler: If you have done the Dark Descent

Graken: Ah, hello again young chap! Nice to see you here in these vast oceans.
Graken: Because of your help, the undead have significantly decreased in Nemract! The city might even become habitable again.
Graken: That being said, I think I need your help again, friend. You see, this island once belonged to a great general called Skien.
Graken: He was a brilliant military leader, and saved Troms multiple times. But in one battle against the corrupted, he... well failed.
Graken: After that, he kind of went insane. When Wynn sent him over here to monitor ocean traffic, he started doing despicable things. Then for some reason, the island became corrupted!
Graken: That's where you come in, chap. If the rumors are true, Skien should still be alive, just corrupted and insane.
Graken: Go in that fortress over there, and end his suffering. He made some secret rooms in the fortress, and knowing him, he should be hiding in one of them. Bring me his amulet as proof of his death, ok chap?

The infiltrating part stays the same. You just find the code and use that to enter the maze to get to Skien.
Returning the amulet to Graken:
Graken: Ah, you're back! I see you have finished the job.
Graken: Finally, Skien can rest in piece. May his legacy be remembered...
Graken: Anyway, for helping, I was able to conjure up a reward for you, chap.
Graken: You can also keep the amulet. You might need that later.

One of the best parts about Skien is that you actually have to explore the island to discover his lore, so I don't think there should be a quest about him.

What makes Skien's Island so good is that you DON'T have a quest like this. I really don't think Skien should get a quest (and especially no secret discoveries on the island, that also ruins the point of it). Also this quest literally just takes the existing Skien's Island stuff and adds someone to tell you what to do, which is kinda pointless really.

The only change Skien's Island will likely ever need is an update to the builds and someone to fix the spelling errors on the signs (this is referring to the island itself, there are definitely some big problems related to what it takes to reach the island, but a quest is not the right way to fix them).

The quest would direct people to Skien's, so more people can see his lore.

 

While this is a good concept, the way you've done it isn't. By making exploring the island a quest, most people won't be going there for the lore or for Skien, but instead because their quest book says they get xp. People don't see the lore if its in a quest, they see xp, and this is especially accurate when a quest lacks cutscenes. Since all you've done is taken an extremely cool world secret, and slapped a quest start npc onto it, it lacks the ability to pull in less interested characters to the lore, that quests with cutscenes (RoL Quests, Fate of the Fallen, Corrupted Betrayal, etc.) are able to do.

Although the island itself should stay the way it is, that doesn't mean that other things could be looked at. Remember Skien's origins in Troms are BARELY covered at all, so if you wanted to make a quest, it would make more sense to make it about his origins (something that is far less known about), and not make it about something that is already interesting. Essentially the quest you made is what it would have been like if the secret signs in Wynn Excavation Site D were mandatory to complete the quest instead of a cool secret area in the game.
