I have made a reforged Hadal because up to me Hadal may be the WORST mythic in game. It is really useless and builds are really glassy and bad. Here you go with my version of Hadal (Since I can't post link here you go with stats ) :

    Attack Speed: SUPER_SLOW

    Water Damage: 2210-2650

    Class Req: Shaman

    Combat Level Min: 94

    Intelligence Min: 150

    50% Water Damage %: 150%
    73% 3rd Spell Cost %: 17%
    1 3rd Spell Cost Raw: 1
    73% 4th Spell Cost %: 17%
    1 4th Spell Cost Raw: 1
+Mana Prison : Aura spell now stuns mobs and by each stunned mob killed you get 1 mana

    Powder Slots: 3 []

Tell me if you like my idea, if you like it vote for it :)

Not going to comment on the changes, as I don't know anything about class building or how items should be balanced in general, I would just like to point out, that next time you might consider creating this kind of thread in here https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/feedback.103/

honestly if Ice Bear just thinks Hadal needs less id ranges and a lower intel req.

Under pressure: totem tic damage is multiplied by 20 and slows enemies

Fits with the theme of hadal (super deep ocean area) and relik theme in general (music).
Just thought I might throw this out there.

Sounds insane. Too much healing. Also, that's not how ID ranges work. If the max were to be 150%, the min would have to be 35% (base is 115). You can't choose specifically how far up or down the IDs deviate from the base.
Kind of just an unnecessary major ID, really.

To be honest, Hadal's base DPS is kind of... mediocre. Yeah, it has lots of spell%, but that's only additive.

This should just be a superthread of all the mythics that need buffs. Here is my list:

    Grimtrap
-Sort of a mediocre weapon. Not really great for anything.
    Inferno
-Same thing but worse and tankier.
    Gaia
-Peaceful rest is better. And thats a dungeon legendary.
    Alkatraz
-Funny hammer go melee. But not much else. Not even a powder special? Pathetic.
    Hadal
-Bad damage, aura sucks, fuckshit to build with, garbage rolls.
    Fantasia
    -Hadal but better.
    Stratisformis
-Sorta meh right now still. I shouldn't think that a MYTHIC item is meh.
    Warchief
    -A bit too niche.
    Galleon
    -Just bad.
    AZ
-Please let it get the pure treatment.
    Archangel
-Please let it get the pure treatment.

Buff base damage if it's really going to be heavy spell. High base damage water weapon is something we never had.
    Also 150->140 req please

I mean I don't know much of weapon building I'm just trying to mess around with ideas. Also, the 35 to 150( if I understood correctly) water dmg % would actually be great. I don't think you realize how bad Hadal really is. Yes it is gonna be so OP with the healing but remember there is a cao at 150 or something like that. If you make a Hadal build even if you have a really bad roll on it you will reach the cap easily. Remember there is 150 intelligence needed so your Accesories and Armors on your build will be mostly water. The Major Id do be kind of useless but there is no more mana regen on Hadal. I tought of another Major Id, still mana prison but it's just That CCI'D mobs will no longer be immune to aura prison. That would be really great and actually shaman could become to be funny again

As someone explained earlier, you can't make your own ID ranges, which sucks ass, but that's just how it is right now.

Every positive ID on an item is given a "base" value, and the ids will have a range between .3x and 1.3x that base. So if you want Hadal to have a water dmg maximum of 100%, that would be a base damage of 77%, which would give it an ID range of 23% to 100%.

For negative ids, range is 0.7x to 1.3x the base. So for a -1300hp min, you'd need a -1857 base, which would give a range of -2414 to -1300.

As for the suggestion itself, I don't think that Hadal needs that big of a buff. Here is my build, and here is a sample gif that shows the damage it usually gets in combat, which is significantly higher than what wynnbuilder shows due to concentration and the +spell costs on the weapon (mine is +4 aura and +3 uproot). Of course, I wouldn't usually spell cycle like that, but it's just to show how Hadal's damage is a lot stronger than it might seem.

I think the only real problem with it is the intelligence req, which locks it out of 95% of builds that do not involve Moontower, and makes building it feel extremely one-dimensional. if they toned that down to 130, I could already see Hadal being much more usable than it currently is.

Also, I suggest you give any future item feedback here, as people involved in item balancing and class building tend to roam on this thread, and might be more likely to provide feedback and start a discussion.

I don't really get the base stat thingy but yes sure the thing that could really change Hadal is by Water Dmg %( For the Heal ) , A major ID ( CCI immune ) and the Intel as you sayed previously is way too high. If they could add this into the game this could be really great. Also, many weapon should get Major Id, maybe not very useful but just enough for the weapong to become something else. It's like Spring, Crafted Spring costs you 20le and is better than actual Spring. There is no logic in that.
