Guilds Recommendations

So i've been in this guild thing for a long time and seen/expirenced how people treat eachother and i've played wynn for even longer and then the other day i thought of something that is so stupidly good that i had to suggest it so here it is (sorry for bad grammar):

the "/gu kick" command should have an extra field call "reason" or "recommendation" to help getting a more positive guild community

let me go in to detail

This extra field would mean that if someone is really good at warring but becomes inactive in bigger guilds when they return to the game and apply for a guild or something similar the guild will know of their contribution

the same applies to people who has toxic behavior in general the next guild would know about this

i think this feature help bigger guilds with the large amout of members they hold and manage and honestly it only takes 1 person to ruin a whole guilds reputation (like it takes 10 good things to correct 1 bad thing)

this feature is easily added it would require small to medium amount of storage depending on how deep the system goes

Get creative i hope this will get somewhere

I do like the general idea, but I also fear that it can be used to screw someone lesser known over if someone over since its like something on their record

 

I mean that is a fair point but i feel like it eliminates toxicity and people can always take these things with a grain of salt

 

Tbh it sounds like a good idea but I agree it could 100% be used to hurt lesser known players, I think it'd need to have the name of the chief who kicked said player & what guild the player was kicked from, too. It'd also be useful if the reason why you were kicked would pop up when you next got online so players know why they're kicked.

 

While I do think it sounds like a good idea on paper, this could be abused a ton. Imagine never getting into another large guild again because someone kicked you from their guild and said you were toxic? the image of the person is ENTIRELY up to the chief/owner that kicked them out of the guild.

Maybe, it could instead force chiefs to pick from a list of reasons like

1: Became inactive

2: No reason

3: Just wanted to leave

Then a final comment, but they would HAVE to be positive, or you could just choose no comment

As an idea, sounds awesome. Tweaking to it could make this a real and great possibility, and while I love the creativity here, the way it is being setup currently could allow a chief/owner to lock that person in one guild for their entire time on wynn, or just completely ruin their reputation and force them to be guildless.

For these reasons, I'm going to have to vote no, however it really seems like a good idea that would be perfect with tweaks to prevent the above concerns :)
