Two Ideas, One Post: The Emerald Ticket And The Hoarder

The Emerald Ticket
This would be worth a small amount of Emeralds (8, for instance). However, it would NOT be spendable on the Trade Market - only Merchants. It'd be found in chests, and possibly rewarded for beating a Dungeon/Boss. Such a simple item which would be good enough for people who just want to buy something, but don't wanna shell out bunches of Emeralds only to find that it wasn't even worth it.

As for items which you want to keep ludicrously and/or unreasonably expensive (I've heard about a Dogun Mask or something on the forums), the merchant would not accept the Emerald Tickets, 'because they're low quality,' or some crap like that.

The Hoarder
They would be a merchant who just buys Potions and Tools in exchange for Emerald Tickets. That's it - every Gathering Tool and Potion would be worth a single Emerald Ticket, regardless of it's level. You could find them in most of the cities, just like other merchants.

 

This is an interesting idea, however I don't think it really fits Wynncraft.

 

Hoarder sounds cool, emerald ticket sounds like it could crash the economy (there are some good equipment you can get from merchants too).

 

Healing potions below 20 cost less than eight emeralds, so that wouldn't work very well.

 

Why though?
Like what issue does this solve? And why is it needed.

 

the emerald ticket kind of just seems redundant? it's not even more compact than regular emeralds.

and the hoarder merchant seems really overpowered, considering some later tools are worth an le each, not counting dungeon keys/runs. to account for this, emerald tickets would need to be so rare that using them for anything else would be a waste

 

They'd only buy stuff, not sell stuff.

 

I dont understand what is the point of this ? could you explain it better ?
