World Add A Liquid Emerald Merchant Npc To Housing

    This is pretty self explanatory. It's the only major NPC that cannot be bought for housing. You could argue that it's for game balance and that there shouldn't be easy access to le merchants from every city with a balloon but this already happens with the trademarket NPC.

    Also maybe add townspeople NPCs? Gets a bit lonely sometimes :.)

    Just put LE in the Emerald Merchant's trades and it's fine

    That works too I guess. The emerald merchants are already weird in that they have 2x the trades they have normally
