The Bug Report Form begins by presenting the reporter with an FAQ to address some common bug report topics. Here are some improvements I think should be made to it:
    1. For #1, it should additionally explain how to regain quest items. Currently, nothing in the FAQ suggests that a player can get quest items back after losing them, so a player who lost quest items might think that they're gone forever and their quest is doomed to failure. To solve this problem, the Answer for #1 might say, ". . . and content team members. If the item is a Quest Item, try /fixquests to get it back."
    2. The FAQ never mentions exploits and neither the form itself (the form you see after pressing "Continue" at the bottom of the FAQ) nor the Bug Reports Section Information thread explain what counts as an exploit. Some may see item duplication, skipping sections of quests/dungeons/raids, and clipping out of the map as exploits while others may not. Something in the FAQ, form, or aforementioned thread should clearly state what counts as an exploit (and maybe what does not) and that a bug should be marked as an exploit in the report form if it is in fact an exploit. For example, if clipping out of the map counts as an exploit (I'm guessing it does), then the bold text for #3 should say, "Please create a bug report and mark it as an exploit if you know how you clipped/exited the map!"
    3. Elaborate on the Soul Point requirement in #2 and #3. If a player doesn't know how soul point regeneration works, then the player will see two choices: use /kill if the class has at least 5 soul points or do nothing and potentially abandon the class if it has fewer than 5 soul points. The FAQ should tell the player to come back later if the class doesn't have enough soul points (e.g., changing "if you have 5+ soul points" to "if you have 5+ soul points, otherwise come back later and try again").

Also force them to read it. Right now it seems like most of them just skip it.
