Idea: A Way To Retrieve Multiple Corrupted Soul Tokens On The Same Class (and Hive Tokens)

Right now you can only get multiple ornate shadow pieces by having different classes.

My proposal is to make corrupted soul tokens drop from the Aledar & Tasim fight AFTER you complete the quest, and give Ornate Shadow Armor "A Hunter's Calling" Quest Requirement.

This would allow better class building as you would be able to keep the powders of your armor, and would also allow insurance incase you somehow lose the armor piece, and you wont need to level classes just to get another piece.

(Ornate shadow is a set so you cant have multiple equipped)
alternatively give ornate stuff a quest req and make soul tokens purchasable from mysterious merchant for a couple le, but fighting is cooler

 

Why can't you do this atm?

 

You lose powders when you "sell" items back to merchants because you're buying a fresh piece.

 

Ah, okay.

It would be nice if we could get something like this for Hive items too

 

I honestly think that these and the hive pieces should just be free once you've beaten the quest, and you can only wear one at a time. As long as they can't be item buyered, I see no real downsides to this.

 

Yeah I agree. This and hive do definitely need this.
