Quest Start: 964/-2016 (Noticed this spot was being an unused and would almost be perfect for the idea I had in mind.

Starting Dialogue -(1/3) Hello traveler, care to gaze into the crystal ball and see what your future holds?
-(2/3) Interesting, inter- hmm.. WHAT, it shows you. Surrounded by a very evil, dark presence in a fight for your life and The Province of Wynn.
-(3/3) Sorry traveler I have grown weary from my reading I cannot assist you anymore.

Quest Stage 2 Location: -927/ -1565
Quest NPC: King of Ragni
Quest Dialogue: (1/4) So you say that you've come seeking the demon which cursed the Wynn province all those years ago stopped by our ancestors.
(2/4) Normally I would call you a fool but given you know the specifics, I cannot deny this
warning.
(3/4) You must collect the 3 keys scattered across the province in order to open the box
holding the Demon slaying weapon, Silver Light.
(4/4) The keys are scattered across the 3 regions of Wynn, The first key can be found at the Detlas blacksmith, the 2nd at Almuj Blacksmith, and the 3rd is held by the blacksmith in our Icy regions in Nessak. Good Luck adventurer, and may the demon Abaddon fall once more. -*Gives Sealed letter of Approval x3*

Dialogue: (1/1) *give letter* My, my I did not believe ide live to see this day, protect us.. *gives Ornate Key*

Nessak Smith: 101/-738
Dialogue: *give letter* May the elder gods help us all, good luck brave one. *gives Ornate Key*

Quest Stage 6: Return to King of Ragni with the 3 keys.
Quest Location: -927/ -1565
Dialogue: (1/2) I see you've returned with the 3 ornate keys.
(2/2) If you go up these stairs, behind the wall right here there should be a glass case. Use the keys to open it and retrieve Silver Light)

Finally Stage 7:
Location: Roots of Corruption 186/80/-1326
When you show up theres a group of dark wizards resurrecting the demon.
Dialogue:" You fool, its too late, GET HIM!"

Was thinking Boss fight with the demon can take place here. Fairly scenic and fits the theme in my opinion.
After that You have completed the quest.
**I should mentioned you would need to kill the demon with the sword making it required to complete the quest**

Always loved the quests in Wynncraft thought they are very cool so heres my take on a fairly lore friendly Wynncraft quest hope you guys enjoy.

also good idea, but I think instead Silver Light would be the weapon of your class.

 

Yeah the idea of Silver Light is essentially that its the 1 and only weapon that can kill this specific demon "Abbadon" , and potentially with it being required in future quest.

The transition from the Seer to the King of Ragni is rather odd though
And it seems a little similar to the old Eye of the Storm quest

 

I mean, it could be an interesting idea, but the dialogue isn't very interesting and doesn't really explain why you have to do this.

-Something bad will happen in the future
-This demon that cursed wynn? what curse? the corruption?
-get some keys for a weapon: this part is fine
-abaddon? there's no explanation about who he is or where he comes from...
-goes to roots of corruption and cultists summon demon. who are they and why are they summoning the demon?
-kill the demon
-the end

Sorry if this sounded harsh, but this is my opinion. You need details, LOTS of details, for this to work, as well as making it fit into the lore. Also a little more dialogue would be nice.
You did good in finding spots for everything, however the spot seems a little small for a boss fight.
Also, the same npc can't be used in multiple quests as far as i know, so you would either have to change it from the king of ragni to someone else or have the player enter a room with another version(npc) of him.

 

Kind of agree with what ocel0t said.

Feels very out of place in the lore to me, would work a bit better to be a world event for the Crystal Ball thing.
There is also some traveling throughout the province. Sometimes it can be manageable, but it is a very long distance to go to.
The Silver Light concept is pretty good, and maybe should be like a hidden weapon found in a bonus discovery and basically turns into a weapon that can be used by any class.

So, I don't feel like this concept could work to me. It also feels a bit like Eye of the Storm as well.

Sorry if this hurt your feelings, but it is my criticism, and other people will also have other opinions. Don't get me wrong, there are some good ideas in there, it just needs a huge rework to fit with the lore and become a good quest to me.

 

I get what your saying but my quest idea is only a suggestion for a quest format or story type in a sense, I wont lie as im not fully familiar with Wynncraft's lore specifically so I tried to use medieval mythology lore to I suppose substitute (No excuse) but I was hoping this could inspire a future quest doesnt have to be made exactly the way I formatted it.

I havent dont the Eye of Storm quest yet so im not too sure but if it isnt exactly the same in the core concept of it then it may work maybe with some shifts to locations/lore changes.

e i dont like this

1: Doesn't fit with the lore
2: Feels like EotS all over again
3: Dialogue is too short
4: It's only 4 levels after Wynnexcavation site D in which you also see the Ragni king again and fight an incredibly powerful being
5: To expand on the eye of the storm thing, it pretty much brings up some new demon out of nowhere who is a major threat and has cultists doing a ton of work for him
6: Last year i suggested a quest that was really bad in which you get bob's wand and this silverlight thing really feels like that all over again

I literally have no idea how people could support the idea of having 1 weapon above all others that works for ever class cause the whole point of the Wynn combat system is that all weapons can be used in a good way as long as you do it right. This is a problem seen in BotW because the master sword ends up outclassing every other weapon by a lot with special abilities and everything. I think it's best if Wynn doesn't get its own master sword and instead sticks to the current combat system

 

why does it start in almji. also the tent needs to be swapped for green and black (if you watch anime you know why)

 

Yeah I know what your saying about the whole not fitting lore thing and the idea of Silver Light isnt really a "master sword" its more of a unique weapon designed to kill this specific demon, weak otherwise. But for everything else you said I can somewhat understand why it wouldn't fit the theme overall.

I understand what your reasons is as to why it may not work especially given the lore specifics, lackluster in dialogue, story details, etc..
also keep in mind this is a suggestion im expecting feedback/criticism so im not sure if you meant to offend me but whatever you said I just see as feedback or the ladder. So no you didnt hurt my feelings lol.
