I believe dungeons are a fun way to grind some levels and get some new gathering tools. The mechanics are cool but going fast is even cooler. I think there should be a time based record system with dungeons.

It would work by having a timer start when entering the dungeon and end when you kill the boss/teleport outside.
This would allow for personal records and to keep track to see if you are improving, a progression that most players like myself enjoy. There could also be a leader board placed somewhere outside the dungeon, next to the key collector or dungeon store, that displays the best times. It could be a simple sign structure or floating text (like how mini game servers show leader boards) that will show the top 5 - 10 speed runs of the current dungeon. There could be a much longer leader board visible with a chat command (ex. /"dungeonname" times) that has everyone's times and you could see how close you are and how many people you are ahead/behind
There would also separation of the leader boards between solos and parties. I'm not too sure how to split the party sizes up so suggestions to that would be appreciated.

I believe this adds a fun little incentive to running dungeons and adds a lot of competition as well. Theory crafting for the best setups to run through a dungeon and possibly discovering new strategies could spice up the dungeons without fundamentally changing them.
