Toggle Shouts

Please, for the love of everything in existence, /toggle shouts
I don't care about 6 gay rats in a coat buying rat pets, about hax recruiting people, or about a random guy who loves yahya and wants to share it with the world, I just want to play normally

I'm certain I'm not the only person who really wants this, but it's just infuriating having to see useless annoying shouts get spammed. Ideally, I would turn off my chat but i need it to actually chat and read dialogue

I don't know how it would be possible IF it would be possible but seriously, the people need toggleable shouts.
If whoever you are reading this know any way to make it possible, please share it with us, perhaps then it will be considered properly

 

Chat clutter is really, really bad. I wish we got more toggles.

This is a bad suggestion. Shouts should not be toggled as that would defeat the purpose of buying them.

Definitely agree with toggling guild bank, info spam, and other misc spam. But not shouts, chat, dms, or ,npcs and other essential things to read.

 

yeah i see everyone toggling this and then the point of shouts is ruined

 

Great point, but another suggestion to slightly lessen the shout spam would be a short cooldown per user
And toggling the listed stuff should definitely be an option, I do in fact know that /kill gets me out when I am stuck

Solution: make shouts appear for a bit in the scoreboard so people can still read them but it just doesn't clutter chat
