World Change To Housing V2: Electric Boogaloo

So my other suggestion to housing apparently had too many bugs, so here is my second.
If expanding the island is impossible, just give everyone the same island size, but heros+ get to have trade markets and liquid emerald merchants on their island, and also get to have the more unique blocks (ex. terracotta, beacons).

You'd probably think the first thing is p2w, but if islands are updated so people can visit islands, then it won't be.

Oh and people already with trade markets on their islands are refunded

 

It would also be cool if everyone could use an emerald merchant

 

I would like to keep my TM but I'd also like Build stands but if it means I could use the whole island then that'd be worth it.

 

higher ranks could get fly and others couldnt? or maybe they have higher visit size?

 

It would be a huge pain if you couldn't fly while building but this would be fine if they could fly around their plot in normal mode, so I'm hoping this is what you meant
