    There is a quest that unlocks the region (A Journey Beyond), but I guess you got it there pre-1.19

    No I did a journey beyond

    I just didnt realize it was level 100

    I never tried going to se before reaching that level

    I'm not sure how that's possible, thought the quest made it pretty obvious but I won't argue.

    No the quest made it obvious

    I just wasnt aware of the level requirement

    If you talk to a quest npc and youre high enough leveled, it doesnt go like "Oh youre high level enough lets gooo"
