Recent Nerfs

Was Jester Gear nerfed in the most recent update? I've got a necklace with -32% Loot Bonus which makes no sense as this necklace just 4% stealing as a positive

 

hi, jester set was changed to be more intuitive
there used be a set bonus on jester that had -xp and loot, with the +xp and loot on the item itself. now the -xp and loot are on the item, and the +xp and loot are the set bonus, to prevent misleading new players.
