How Much Has Changed Since Summer Last Year?

Hi, this is my first ask so here goes,

I last played in summer 2020 during the first UK lockdown, but due to technical issues I was not able to play for a while and I have only returned now, and find a new massive update, with quest rework, guild changes (even though I never joined one), changes to the map in places and issues teleporting via scrolls. How much has changed and what do I need to be aware of? (Im level 81 and partway through Gavel, I recently reached Cinfras before my break.) Thanks!

Gavel got reworked, so depending on how far you are through Gavel you might need to do a new playthrough to see most of the quest changes. RoL got some pretty big changes for example. Raids got added too, which are mid to late game stuff so you shouldn't need a new playthrough to do them (I think only 2 of the 3 are in the game though, might be wrong though)
