World Test World

I think that there should be a test world that should be added that allows you to get any item in the game so that you can test out builds and things like that. This world would also have combat dummies as well so you can test damage and you could play around with different items and try new builds. I think this would be really good since you can't really accurately rate a build unless you actually try it and see how it feels on your character. After all, they come down to personal preference. I think that this would be a great addition and would allow for more build knowledge among players and would help them figure out more about item combinations and build constructing
