Under every item, there's a tag that says "<quality> Item", eg. "Legendary Item". This isn't very descriptive of the item itself.

This isn't a problem for advanced players, but now that TM has been down for a while and we have newer or returning players using the Discord to trade, sometimes they'll have no idea what items are if people don't have advanced tooltips open.
Even somewhat active players like myself don't know what every item is off the top of my head, without having to check wynndata.tk or go in-game.
It adds this tag to the item tooltip. Weapons use different items/blocks though, so the tooltips on those aren't accurate.

My idea is pretty simple, change "<Quality> Item" into "<Quality> <Item>", eg. "Legendary Helmet". Untradable Item can stay as it'd always be accompanied by the quality tag and, well, you can't trade those. I don't think this would negatively affect anything in any major way, and it'd help out everyone using Discord to trade.

I don't see why people can't just say:
    'Selling Nighthawk Helmet for 50E'
I get that it takes an extra 100 milliseconds, and I also understand that some people wouldn't remember, but I think this is a bit of an unnecessary change.

Yeah, but usually no one goes "selling <item>" in the Discord, like 75%+ of posts are just "selling" then an image attachment. Also, getting the entire playerbase to start doing that is a huge pain.

I don't think this would help many people. Low levels typically don't buy specific items, and higher levels will know exactly what they are buying

    Ah, okay.
I don't have discord, but I think it's more of a problem with their system (like maybe enforce a layout for selling) than with Wynncraft.

    1) Some people are legally controlled by their guardians.
    2) Read the privacy policy and terms and conditions, e.g:

Fair enough, it's the other more personal (etc.) stuff that matters.

True for now, but I feel like more lower level players will start buying specific items in 1.20, with the introduction of raids and corrupted dungeons that scale. Higher levels that are somewhat inactive or just returning won't know exactly what they're buying. Or at least, I didn't know what half the stuff in #tm was when I started working on builds.

The idea is that it helps people just browsing the Discord for new items or inspiration for builds. Maybe you'll see an item with nice stats or a good roll and you want to know what that item actually is.

I don't think anyone actively looks through WynnData to look for items unless they're making a build or have a specific use. What I mean is I usually just have #tm open on a second display while watching Youtube or doing homework, and I'll look at stuff that catches my eye.
