Hey, I was wondering Which staff is better, Serpent's Kiss or Sketiq?

I was also wondering how they compare to Meltok.

I was wondering specifically if the speed and poison provided by Serpent's kiss makes it better than both of the staffs.

Correct. Serpent's Kiss is unironically one of the best low level weapons in the game, as it is both very fast and has poison. Very fast allows you to easily slap raw melee with it (i.e the stat "Main Attack Damage" which items like Thoracic have) and get some pretty high dps with it. Even without that, the poison damage is more than enough to kill a good portion of mobs you will come across by just tapping them once and forgetting about them (and putting points into strength can boost this damage even further, to, where normally dumping into strength is almost never recommended). It's honestly better than Ancient Wand, despite what the thread linked above states, though Reticence is naturally better due to sheer base damage difference.

Sketiq is fine, but Meltok is indeed better than it.
