World Housing Trophies. [In Game]

On September 4th, 2012 Skyrim released its Hearthfire DLC, and I instantly fell in love.
I didn't fall in love because I could build my own house, in fact, I didn't much care about it, instead, I fell in love with the Trophy Room, and Display Room. Instantly I had found a new passion in gaming, I had a sudden need to collect every unique item I could find and put it up on my wall. With that being said, let me introduce you to:

Housing Trophies.

This is a simple suggestion, allow us to buy unique player head trophies after doing endgame challenges. Ever want to put your Legendary Madelion on display? Or maybe you wanted something to show off the number of times you did EO? Maybe you competed a HICH run, and you wanted to put something above your chimney to show off to your friends just how cool you are?

Really the possibilities are quite endless, just lock some trophy blocks behind challenges, what those challenges are is up to the developers. Maybe one for the Orphion Raid? Maybe one for Orange Wybel or even one for Selvut's new Boss alter. It's doesn't even need to be combat-related, you could have one locked behind professions, quest, or even secret discoveries.

I think you get the point. I personally hope this could bring that passion for collecting, that started burning in me because of Skyrim's Hearthfire, into Wynncraft.

Trophies for houses are a great idea. Wynn's had an issue for a while where there aren't really rewards for completing challenges so this could be a good way to solve that. I really love completing collections so I would love it if they added trophies for level 100 in each profession, running each dungeon 10-50 times (something big I guess, maybe even 64), Buying the Legendary Medallion, completing each raid some number of times (I would be fine if it was just for completing raids once, they really need a good reward imo), maybe even for completing some quests like a hunters calling or longer stories like D&D and Realm of light. I just want to see as many of these as possible, it would be great to have a museum in my housing plot town so I can take a walk down memory lane and look back at all the fun times I've had in this game. Really great suggestion, can't believe they launched housing without this.

 

A few ideas for these
-getting all discoveries in a region
-???
-Wynnexcavation questline
-Quira hive/ToA
-Reincarnation
-milestones like opening lots of chests, killing lots of enemies, and more
-getting level 1300 on a character
-getting a mythic

 

What would you buy these trophies with?

 

I'm not sure?
Maybe the item you get from completing the challenge, like the legendary pendant, that way they don't need to code much in the way of systems for this.
On the other hand, people may want to keep these items as well, so maybe just materials like every other block.

 

if the challenge is hard enough the trophy could just be a free one-time reward

 

I was going to make a suggestion about this but you explained it better than what i would have prob said

We know they can check for certain conditions like completing dungeons and stuff because of the tome so there could be a second merchant added who sells them, but they have prices and clear conditions. Prices would be super low for the first (since you did all the work unlocking it) but for the second it would basically be more material then can go into the inventory so you can only ever buy one. I'm also fine with/a fan of the suggestion of items being added equivalent to the legendary medallion for other challenges and this could be a good use for them.

I think we would need to ask someone with the medallion to see how they feel about spending their necklace on a housing trophy, but I feel like that's a good, clean and easy solution to what really shouldn't be a problem in the first place.

It is decoration for your housing plot - Is it also strange to have a housing plot, since only you and your friends can see it? I think it is a neat little room you could add to your island if you wanna track your progress or look through stuff you have done and be reminded of how much time you've wasted on a Minecraft MMORPG

 

Perfectly put, it also a way to add achievements into Wynn. We had the legendary medallion before, but that wasn't really a good way to do it since it takes bank space. With this, we could have a cosmetic progression system in the game which would not only give us something new to do, but also give us something to show for it which is an MMO staple that Wynn just doesn't have, at least not yet...

Dwicey my man, I don't want to ask you for anything since you already do so much, but please, pretty please try to make this happen with a cherry on top. Also not to bootlick here but nice trees.

I wouldn't complain. Seriously though. Trophies would give me more ideas on what to build. Since I'm a decent/meh builder but I would gladly mess around with housing once the update hits. Building a room for trophy's would be great (IF I HAD ONE!)

 

Have you ever used the mod Legacy of the Dragonborn for skyrim? You would love it
