Alright lets just get into this. there isn't much I can do to explain what this means, but basically there are some weapons and armour and other stuff that I wanted to request. Also, to make weapons + armour easier, I will be putting 1-5 items per section per every ten levels [e.g. for wands, there are 3 with a combat min of 10, 2 with a combat min of 20, etc] note that I am also excluding powder slots for simplicity's sake. This specific thread is exclusively for wands. Later threads will have other weapons/armor/etc.

If you wonder as to how I came up with these, most of these were old ideas; e.g. the Elven Battle Stick sprouted from a past idea of an elf-themed wand that lowers "greedy" ids, and raises spell dmg.

    Key:
    Unique
    Rare
    Legendary
    Fabled
    Mythic
    Set (armor)

    Wands:
    ----------
Ok, this one is a bit special because I normally main a mage. I feel that more wands should have LB + XPB + MR/MS

    1. Nivlan Branch [Combat min: 10]
A pretty simple wand, high drop rate. Gives decent XPB but at the cost of a slow attack speed.

    IDS:

    Earth Damage: 4-9
    Neutral Damage: 1-3
    Slow attack speed

    XPB: 3-5%

    2.
Pigman's stick [Combat min: 10, Strength min: 5]
A fairly good wand that adds some strength but lowers intelligence. Decent loot bonus as well. Drops rarely.

    IDS:

    Neutral Damage: 6-12
    Fast attack speed

    +2 Strength
    -2 Intelligence
    LB: 4-6%

    3.
    Brithatrene [Combat min: 10]
Eyyy, a legendary. Nice. Gives good intelligence, SPR( despite not being armour - that's what makes this special ), MR, and Spell Dmg with no negatives. Good water type wand early on. Drops very rarely.

    IDS:
    Water Damage: 8-13
    Normal attack speed

    +4 Intelligence
    SPR: 5-7%
    Spell DMG: 13-15%
    MR: 1-2/4s

Lore: Said to have originated from an ancient settlement in the jungle, this wand eventually found its way into a river near Ragni, where it stayed for 300 years, slowly gaining the power of water.

    4.
Accumulation [Combat min: 20, Dexterity min: 5]
On to the level 20s, this wand gives some good air damage and a very fast attack speed, but it lowers defense, health, and strength. Also requires 5 dexterity. Drops fairly commonly.

    IDS:

    Air Damage: 20-28
    Very Fast attack speed

    -4 Defense
    -4 Strength
    -5-10 health

    5.
Theft [Combat min: 20, Intelligence min: 10]
Nice, the first 'weird' wand. Requires some decent intelligence, but has a very high LB and stealing stat at the cost of its low damage and attack speed. Raises agility and walk speed by a small amount as well, making this a very good wand for loot runners. Highly rare drop.

    IDS:

    Neutral Damage: 5-10
    Slow Attack speed

    +15-20% LB
    +20-25% Stealing
    +2 Agility
    +5-7% Walk speed

Lore: A marauder from the infamous Canyon of the Lost in the Gavel Province once used this staff to rob nearby settlements. How it found its way to Wynn is unknown.

    6.
Wand of Destiny [Combat min: 30, Dexterity min: 10, Agility min: 5]
As we move on to the first 'complicated wand' at the level 30 section, this wand is the first to provide a buff to health and MS. Fairly uncommon drop.

    IDS:

    Thunder Damage: 25-32
    Normal attack speed

    +30-40 health
    +3 Dexterity
    + 2/4s MS
    -2 Intelligence
    + 15-20% Spell DMG
    -20/3s poison

    7.
    Prejudice [Combat min: 40]
Next, a poison + LS wand with fire damage. Intended to be found in Gavel. Common drop.

    IDS:

    Fire Damage: 30-40
    Super Slow attack speed

    +20-25/3s Poison
    +20-24/2s LS
    -6-8% Walk Speed
    -10 Dexterity
    -5 Defense

    8.
Frozen Touch [Combat min: 40, Intelligence min: 30]
Woah woah woah, a fabled item at level 40, especially a wand? That sounds illegal (ignoring that one bracelet)! Well, either way, I feel the need to spread fabled items to lower levels and to weapons. Its new major id also fits with the Nesaak area. While it has a very slow attack speed, and very small amounts of damage, it makes up for that lack with the insanely high spell dmg. Extremely low drop rate.

    IDS:

    Water Damage: 20-25
    Very slow attack speed

    +30-35% Spell DMG
    + 50-60/4s HR
    +10 Intelligence
    +10-12% XPB

    +Freezing:
Mobs within 4 blocks of you have their movement speed decreased by 20%

    9.
    Leafy Branch [Combat min: 50]
A pretty bland weapon, but has good water + earth dmg. Interesting because it lowers MR and MS. Fairly common drop.

    IDS:

    Earth Damage: 20-25
    Water Damage: 10-30
    Normal attack speed

    -1-2/4s MR
    -0-1/4s MS
    +2-5% XPB

    10. The Jungle's Heart [Combat min: 50, Defense min: 15]
I had to make number 10 special somehow, so I came up with the odd idea of adding another major ID, but to a legendary wand. Otherwise, it is a fairly decent wand with decent LB. Very rare drop.

    IDS:

    Earth Damage: 59-63
    Neutral Damage: 10-12
    Normal attack speed

    +2-5% Spell DMG
    +5-10% LB
    -5-7% Main attack DMG
    -15-20% Walk speed
    +10-12% Reflection
    +8-10% Thorns

    + Jungle's Heart
Restores 5% of your max HP whenever you take damage

Lore: A fallen branch from a tree within the Dernel Jungle was later discovered by archaeologists searching for buried treasure. Over the years it spent on the ground, it gained powerful earth magic.

    11.
Deadweight [Combat min: 60, Attack min: 50]
High attack min, but this wand makes up for it with a buff to make that strength level even higher. Lowers health and speed significantly, though. Common drop.

    IDS:

    Earth Damage: 10-20
    Thunder Damage: 40-50
    Fast attack speed

    -300-450 health
    +10 Strength
    -30-35% Walk speed
    +5-10% LB

    12.
Cultist's Bludgeon [Combat min: 60, Agility min: 20, Strength min: 30]
Low spell dmg + high main attack damage + fast attack speed = melee mage. Rare drop.

    IDS:

    Neutral damage: 90-105
    Fast attack speed

    -60-70% Spell DMG
    +2 Strength
    -4 Agility
    +16-24 HR
    +1-2/4s MR

    13. Medical Staff [Combat min: 70, Strength min: 25, Dexterity min: 25, Intelligence min: 25, Defense min: 25, Agility min: 25]
Insane health regen, very fast attack speed, decent damage, but at the price of your stats and loot bonus. Very rare drop.

    IDS:

    Water damage: 60-76
    Very fast attack speed

    +400-500 HP
    +120-138 HR
    +3-4 MR
    -9-16 LB
    -5 Str
    -5 Dex
    -5 Int
    -5 Def
    -5 Agility

Lore: Originating from the valley of Aldorei, this wand contains the answer to many unknown secrets for the medicinal world.

    14.
Elven Battle Stick [Combat min: 70, Intelligence min: 50]
Harshly lowers stealing, LB, MS, and LS, but would be great for spell-builds, as it has high MR and intelligence. Very rare drop.

    IDS:

    Neutral damage: 85-102
    Normal attack speed

    -20-34% Stealing
    -12-23% LB
    -1-2/4s MS
    -400/2s LS
    +25 Intelligence
    +20-25% Spell DMG
    +2-5/4s MR

Lore: The honest Elves of Aldorei infused all their weapons with magics that prevented them from being greedy. This wand is no exception.

    15.
Phoenix's Wing [Combat min: 80, Agility min: 25]
Finally, an air type wand that isn't level 20. High walk speed, low HR, not much else

    IDS:

    Air damage: 80-104
    Normal attack speed

    + 14-32% Walk Speed
    +0-1/4s MR
    -14-22% HR

    16.
Bane of the Lost [Combat min: 80, Agility min: 70, Intelligence min: 65]
Nice, a mythic. You will be seeing a few more of these in the following sections. I like mythics. This one is a complete and utter troll. 0-1 damage, ridiculously low spell damage... but it gives high loot bonus, walk speed, and a major id that overwhelmingly helps loot runners. This will be sold for insanely high amounts due to this. Extremely extremely rare drop.

    IDS:

    Neutral damage: 0-1
    Super slow attack speed

    -90% Spell DMG
    +80-97% LB
    +30-43% Walk speed
    +2-5/4s MR
    +3-6/4s MS

    +Woven Binds
Any crafted items that you wear have their secondary effects {such as LB, MS, LS, LQ etc}, exempting health bonus, damage bonus, and attack speed, increased by 1.2x while you hold this wand.

Lore: This extremely weak wand was taught to enjoy its life by the Bantisu monks. The wand soon learned how to indirectly help its master, without doing high damage.

    17.
    Molten staff [Combat min: 90]
Epic, we are in the final stretch; I won't be making any 'level 100' wands. Fire type wand that inflicts decent poison - but for the sake of believability, we will simply call it 'fire.' Rare drop.

    IDS:

    Fire damage: 180-204
    Very slow attack speed

    +700-750/3s Poison
    +200-220/2s LS
    -20-26% Walk speed

    18.
Shoelace [Combat min: 90, Agility min: 90]
spiidy boi go brrr. Pretty good wand, air and thunder dmg, really good walk speed, sprint regen, and sprint, but pretty horrible reductions to health. Very rare drop.

    IDS:

    Air Damage: 70-80
    Thunder damage: 60-75
    Fast attack speed

    +25-40% Walk speed
    +10-20% Sprint
    +20-35% Sprint regen
    +15 Agility
    -3000-3670 HP
    -10 Defense
    -5 Strength

Lore: Necessary to keep your boots from falling off.

    19.
Nullifaction [Combat min: 90, Strength min: 75, Dexterity min: 75, Intelligence min: 75, Defense min: 75, Agility min: 75]
(yes that's how it is spelled) Oy, another mythic. This one is pretty funny - requires balanced stats but then removes all of those in return for a massive damage output. Definition of a glass cannon. Definitely likely to see someone solo EO using this and some health + stat pots. Very extremely rare drop.

    IDS:

    Neutral damage: 5500-6500
    Fast attack speed

    -75 Str
    -75 Dex
    -75 Int
    -75 Def
    -75 Agility
    +100-140% Spell DMG
    -10-15% 3rd spell cost
    -6000 HP
    +20-25% Walk Speed
    +3-5/4s MR

Lore: An attempt by an ice wizard to make mages stronger than all others resulted in an odd staff that decreased the user's spiritual powers by an incredible amount.

    20.
Flight [Combat min: 90, Intelligence min: 90, Agility min: 90]
Lastly for now, a wand designed specifically for teleport spam mage builds. Vastly decreases teleport cost but doesn't do much else, making it necessary to use this as a teleport only wand, and carry a separate damage-based wand. Also has the good old lightweight major id.

    IDS:

    Air damage: 70-90
    Normal attack speed

    +10 Agility
    -30 Defense
    -50-75% 2nd spell cost
    +20 Intelligence
    +6-7/4s MR
    -10-17% Spell DMG

    +Lightweight

That's it so far. This took me a while to combine old ideas, so the balancing may be slightly off. If you are strongly opposed to, or strongly for any of these above, please tell me so I know whether to keep it, balance it, or change it. I will likely start on my armour suggestions soon, I have some pretty good ones for those. Additionally, if you have any weapon, armour, jewelry, or crafting item suggestions or cool things that you crafted that feel like they would fit well as an ID item, please leave that in the comments. I really really also want to be told balancing suggestions.

If you read through all of this then damn, good job.

    have a nice day

i like most of these, however a few problems and balancing-
    1. this would probably be painful to read on dark mode
    2. Nullifaction should have a flat health decrease, not 5000-6000 imo
    3. (how can a wand be taught)
    4. the jungles heart is pretty useless, there are like 4-5 quests (most of which i never do) that revolve around the dernel jungle, so here is my suggestion for the major id-
    Rose bush-
Restore 5% life whenever damage gets reflected
(also add reflection to the weapon)
    5. Ok, accumulation, a level 20 wand that reduces stats AND only does 16-19 damage!?
attack speed on mages usually don't matter, considering their main attack is garbage. So this is a 16-19 air damage wand at level 20 that reduces stats... well here is my ideas for it
    Accumulation- 5 agi requirement
    slow attack speed
    +1 dexterity
    +2 agility
    10-20 air dmg
    5-9 thunder damage
    -15 health
    6. magma-hewn staff sounds very lame compared to other items at that level- so heres a better name,
    The Molten Staff
    7. Flight is basically Warp
    8. Prejudice is very op, it does about the same damage as level 60 wands, at level 40, and it has poison and life steal
Thats all i can think of
also-tip when changing colors, there is a none button at the bottom, this makes it so the text doesn't become grey
    have a nice day

pure is only good for spell dmg, i am not really trying to counter any big spell dmg wands, as that mythic shouldnt need a rank decrease. even at higher levels, fatal is better. the only wand i suggest with high spell damage is mostly intended to melee

One huge problem I see with this is that you don’t understand how the IDs on items work. For the items, there is a number chosen and then the max roll you can get on that ID is 1.3x that number and the min ID you can get us 0.3x that number. So some of your suggestions for the IDs are very weird, like -5000 to -6000 hp.

yes definitely not super overpowered and gamebreaking

yeah, i didnt use ids in the traditional sense, should have mentioned that. always felt that the 'normal' method needed changing and that, to be honest, it is probably more confusing to code unless you can find a perfect base number

quite a few of these ideas are quite unbalanced, and a little bit boring. As @I_Liek_Turtlez said above, your id's don't follow 1.3x to 0.3x. The reason that is is because having too high of a range would just make the item impossible to roll, and it's harder to code in because with your rolls you would need two numbers, but with the system in place you just need to make a base, then multiply it by 1.3 or 0.3 for the id rolls, then when identifying it I assume it just picks a random number between them and multiplies.

A lot of these ideas are quite boring as well, molten staff is just defensive poison wand, which can easily be subbed out for something like sequoia for poison, or a weapon like plague staff (Once it's major id is fixed). Bane of the Lost is just discoverer with buffed staffs, the major id is extremely broken depending on your definition of 'secondary stat' (Is hpr and ls considered 'secondary'? Would it buff negative ids to be less negative? What the hell is a primary stat let alone a secondary one) Phoenix Wing already exists, and it's the complete opposite of your idea. Nullification too is a mythic idea that already exists, and it's again, the opposite of your idea. Even then, why do we need a new mage mythic? Mage's mythics are probably the most balanced out of the mythic weaponset, Fatal is extremely strong for both ETW and TWF, Lament is a lil bit underused but it has a good place as a spellspam water build or spellsteal if you really wanted to. Warp is probably the best weapon for lootrunning bar none (also deals one of the most damages out of them). Monster is a little bad but so is almost every fire mythic to an extent. Gaia is pretty underrated, melee mage is very fun. And singu is very, very good for a rainbow mythic, no need for another. Flight too is literally just warp, nothing else, it's just warp with some mana regen.

So yeah, a lot of these items don't seem to really follow any baseline, use proper ID ranges, and just in general shows that you don't really know all much about classbuilding/item making, I suggest you read a few threads on item making as a whole, and try reading up on the changelogs because a lot of your ideas are either too boring or already in a game. I don't mean to be blunt but you should probably look at threads and try learning about items before trying. @RenZenthio has a few good threads on things like ele defs, and has a megathread of threads with guides.
