World Dropped Bombs Reserve Slot

    Minecraft:
    Players who drop bombs in a world should be given a reserve slot to be able to join while that bomb is active in the world.

    Idea/Expectation:

    WC-1 - BombDroppingUser - drops (Combat XP Bomb)

    WC-1 - Has 50/50 Players

    BombDroppingUser - Get disconnected from WC-1 (Accidental/Purposeful)

    WC-1 - Has 49/50 Players - 1 Reserve slot (World still full)

    WC-1 should reverse a single slot for the duration of the bomb.

    BombDroppingUser - should be able to reconnect.

    Once the bomb has ended the reserve slot is no longer available.
