New Item Stat Id For Breathing

    I think it would make sense if there was some kind of ID that signaled how much longer an item let’s you breathe underwater.

    Something like Breath Time% and Breath Time Base. Or it could be something like a Major ID, to introduce new players to Major IDs, just some kind of ID to explain this phenomenon helmets.

    Of course not a lot of items would have this, but it would make sense for the breathing helmet. Some of the dialogue would have to be changed for Underwater, but that shouldn’t be too hard to do.

    If you say that it would be useless and underused look at the new jump height stat, only on a grand total of 14 items.

    I was thinking more along the lines of a major ID for the Breathing Helmets, and it would introduce new players to the concept of major IDs

    Agreed, this both helps expose new players to Major Ids and it makes the helmet slightly more fitting within Wynncraft.

    I don't think it's necessary considering there's only two helmets in the game that let you breathe underwater for longer, one called "Tier 2" which should give the gist of it being better. Another full ID wouldn't be useful unless you think other helmets should have it, the man already explains how the breathing helmet works regardless so I don't think this is needed personally

    I have to agree with Yraw here, having it as a major ID on the breathing helmets is pretty simple - having an entire ID is so unnecessary IMO. I know comparisons have made between jump boost and this ID, but you're constantly jumping throughout nearly every stage of game, whereas you'll rarely be underwater.

    Yeah but how often are you going to go after an item that gives jump height boost for your build?

    I could say the same for a breathing id. The only times it would be useful would be for underwater quests and the reef by selchar, and two items is more than enough to encompass all of those. Meanwhile jump height is on quite a few agility-based items.

    Uhh no, 14 isn’t “quite a few”
    Also, that’s exactly my point. It would be the same, so why not?

    Well, there's a difference between 2 items (named the same) and 14. However, I wouldn't be against this so if it was added I wouldn't be up in arms demanding it to be removed but personally I don't think it's need. Thank you for sharing though!
