    Make it so the Stave of Legends, Legend guard's Plate, and the trainer's pendant require you to beat the temple of legends quest before usage, because they are exclusive to the boss altar in the temple and can be pretty overpowered, because they are only level 70.

    I get where you're coming from, but the majority of the community HATES the ToL quest because of how long and tedious it is, so I highly doubt many people are gonna agree that this is a change that should be implemented.
