Void Islands

    Make it so when you fall off of the Sky islands you fall into the void islands. This will give the void islands more use.

    how will i reach y=-100,000 then?!

    it seems like a cool concept but what happens if you fall in the sky islands without having completed 1000 meters under?

    Why do the quest when you can just jump off a cliff and get to the Void? Additionally the ship from 1000 Meters Under would still be crashed in the void so I'm not sure how they'd explain that...

    The premise of needing a specially designed ship to withstand the void, the poisonous gas, etc.

    Other people without proper gear need a ship, but people with the right gear can easily withstand the void right now.

    Hm, I just don't think it would fit. Also, I'm not sure if you can teleport people from -1000 because of it being under the world...

    make it so that you fall into the void islands but die of fall damage anyway
    would save people from having to type /kill
