Buff To Air Powder

Basicly air was at max power 240% extra air damage at best, and was changed to 600% in 1.19, however, it is still terrible effect, so here is my idea of buffing it.

Basicly it would be like assassin vanish buff in 1.19; the +600% (probebly reduce to balance it) would instead of lasting a single hit, will last just long enough to uppercut/ arrow storm to fully damage the trapped foe (but of course not totem or smoke bomb, as that would be broken) after the combo is over then the kb effect take place.

Should be simple, just enough to feel like stronger version of water/fire unleash for shorter time instead of "oh wow a single hit that feel like x2 damage"
