A quest I frequently am asked for help on is Fate of the Fallen. Many players (when I say "players" in this thread, I'm generally referring to people on their first playthrough of the quest) are confused about how to return to the past should they die there. There are a few reasons for this:

    1. Upon showing Theorick's Staff to Telvu, you are given a one-time opportunity to warp directly to the Door of Time. Many players likely assume this is the only way to head to the door of time, given how many prior quests have transported you to offmap replicas of the Wynncraft's world.
    2. As far as I can tell, there's no direct indication that you can get Theorick's staff again. In many quests, you have to kill a mob or click on an npc to get an item, but in Fate of the Fallen, you have to "fall onto" the staff to retrieve it.

To fix these issues with the quest, I propose the following changes.
    • Remove the one-time teleport to the Door of Time. Instead, your quest book will be updated with coords to the door. It really isn't that far from Nesaak, and I feel like most players could travel there with minimal hassle.
    • From Stage 3 onwards, Telvu will tell the player to simply "Retrieve Theorick's Staff from the Nesaak bank, and take it to the Door of Time."
So yeah, these changes are pretty simple, but I feel like they'd be a good QoL improvement. Let me know what your thoughts on this are.

Agreed. I died during that section too and I am confused too.

If there is anyway to hint the player to return to the Door of Time it after the player died will probably be the best. But I don't think it can be set up easily.
Also having the player visit the old areas can bring a new experience.

I'd miss the one-time warp, but it'd definitely help new players if the number of people I've seen asking how to get back is any indication.
